Production Area: the island of Sant’Antioco. Position of the vineyard: at the sea level. Type of terroir: sandy.

Cultivation system: ungrafted bush. Density of plants: 7000/8000 per hectare. Production per hectare: 5 metric tons.

Average age of the vines: 70 years. Harvesting Period: 4th week in September. Vinification: in steel for 15 days.

Alcoholic fermentation: in steel. Mallolactic fermentation: performed in full. Wine refinement: 3 months in the bottle.
