Color: intense ruby red with garnet shades.
Smell: intensely vinous, typical of Cannonau.
Taste: round, with a good structure and excellent balance.
Soil: clay and limestone.
Aging: evolution in small oak barrels for 8-10 months.
Winemaking: fermentation-maceration at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for about 10-12 days. Malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement tanks.
Perfect with: first courses well seasoned, pork (maialetto) and roast lamb, Sardinian pecorino of medium or long seasoning.
