Vermentino Costamolino is a very popular wine, especially with antipasto, fish and poultry.
Serve at 10°
straw-yellow coloured, slightly greenish.
Its perfume is fine, intense and delicate, with primary and secondary aroma.
The flavour is dry, delicate and pleasant.
Grapes used: Vermentino 95%, other varieties of aromatic grapes 5%.
Methods of production
Soil composition: the chemical and physical characteristics of the soil from allotment to allotment is different; even the inclination varies giving the grapes that beautiful taste.
Grape harvest: it´s made manually in the morning from high-qualified staff that use the best selection of grapes.
Wine making: the pressing is soft.
The must is kept cool at a temperature 12-14°C and the fermentation takes place at 10-18°
The sugar transformation is obtained in 20 days. After this short process, the wine is preserved in steel vats.
